Responsibilities
- Manage the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project.
- Analyse the stakeholders’ needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem.
- Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the stakeholders’ needs.
- Work with the stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution • Perform business analysis:
- •Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Identify stakeholders, techniques and processes to manage, track and trace requirements.
- Enterprise Analysis: Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope and develop business case.
- Elicitation: Explore, identify and document business needs
- Requirements Analysis: Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and elaborate to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need within specified scope. . Solution Assessment and Validation: Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solution that best fits business need, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution. Assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need.
- Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders.Prepare end user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems.
- Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution.
- Maintains document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst.
At least 3 years experience working on Govtech project.
Experience in Agile (Scrum) projects will be an added advantage.
Experience in Salesforce and possessing Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
Good understanding of UI/UX concepts and experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
