Job Responsibilities
1. Preparation of events planning details such as collaterals, events flyers and event participants registration.
2. Assist on-site events coordination work.
3. Handling of association administration such as Council meetings and minutes recording, memberships management and members’ events.
4. Preparation of presentation slides for Council Meetings and events.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma.
2. Good inter-personal and communication skills
3. Pro-active and adaptive in different work situations
4. Familiar with MS Office applications.
