BHF PTE LTD is one of the largest bakery manufacturer in Singapore which owns brands such as Baker's Heaven, Hayley & Goomedo available in major retail supermarkets. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Exec / Senior Exec to manage the procurement function efficiently, ensuring that the organization obtains goods and services of the right quality, at the right time, and at the best possible price.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery time.
- Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Order Processing: Responsible for processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production to forecast future demand.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, communicate regularly with suppliers to address issues, resolve disputes, and foster collaboration.
- Compliance: Ensure that purchasing activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
- Possess strong analytics, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
