· Employment period: 11 months 29 days
· Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm

- Coordinate with the trainers to work out the training support requirements (type of forms, training aids and training venue arrangement)
- Set up the training venues for the training activities
- Prepare and provide training items for scenario-based role-play
- Assist in the registration process.
- Assist in post training surveys. Display of QR code for post-training surveys at training venues and address the areas for improvement as identified
- Put up signage to direct participants to the training venues
- Perform the recovery processes after training
- Keep stock of the training materials and the maintenance of the training equipment
- Track the amount of stock required for each training activity and to inform the person-in-charge to replenish any shortfall of items
- Ensure that the audio sound system, projectors and laptops are functioning properly at all training venues
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer to support the training team
