Responsibilities
Admin Duties
- Manage corporate mobile lines and associated contracts.
- Oversee Grab Business/By the Bay account, ensuring compliance.
- Address administrative requests promptly, prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organize files for archiving and facilitate retrieval when needed.
- Coordinate vendor invoice processing and ensure prompt payments.
- Handle approval forms, filing, obtaining signatures, and distribution.
- Coordinate arrangements for visiting overseas colleagues/new hires.
- Manage stationery orders for daily operations.
- Provide timely assistance to the Office Manager for various tasks.
- Perform other related duties as required.
HR Support
- Facilitate recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
- Manage employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee training initiatives.
- Serve as secondary point of contact for HR inquiries.
- Compile data reports for review and submission.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and support internship/training programs.
- Collaborate with alliance HR team on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, mainly Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn and develop within the role.
