Job Details:
- Salary: up to $3,200
- Work Location: Joo Koon.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Job Description
- Responsible for improving operational management systems in front-end systems such as point-of-sale projects.
- Responsible for the streamlining of existing processes, formulation and implementation of new technology projects, including performing user acceptance testing, as well as stakeholder management.
- Support project lead in implementation of standard operating procedures for new initiatives, in accordance with audit and financial requirements which involves the formulation of training materials for end users.
- Resolve business system production issues together with the relevant stakeholders and assist in gathering feedback from stores and other stakeholders post-live.
- Continuously identify gaps and work closely with ITD and vendors in issue resolution.
- Candidate is also required to travel between outlets for pre/post project implementation, including deployment of the various projects and interact with people from all levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
- Experience in conducting UAT independently will be a plus point
