Roles & Responsibilites
- Monitor and review AR, AP and Daily Cash Function
- Perform Bank Reconcilation and Quarterly GST Return
- Perform Weekly / Monthly Inventory Check and Variance Report
- Perform Analytical review of financial report and others
- Preparation of audit schedule, liaise with auditor, Tax agent, banker ensure in compliance with all statutory requirements
- Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system
- Assist in improvement of internal control procedures and process
- Supervise and Guidance to finance team
- Assist in Administrative and ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3-4years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting Department
- Experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred
- Proficient in Ms Office applications and SAP
- Orangized, Initiative with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong problem solving skill and able to work independently
