- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting customer relationships to meet sales goals.
- Monitoring and Resolution: Analyze customer transactions and promptly resolve any issues.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to gaming regulations and maintain control over card table games.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough industry and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
- Strategy Enhancement: Review past marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
