● Basic $5000 to $6200 + Variable Bonus
● Working location: North-East / East (Company Transport Provided)
● Working hours: Normal Working Hours
● 5 days’ work week
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of Progress Claim including variations claim, receive of Valuation Certificate and Finalization of main contract final account
- Monitor and ensure timely issuance of Sub-contract and Payment Response
- Monitor and report status of contracts and procurement
- Monitor and manage project cost budget, changes, variations, revenue and cash flows
- Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract supplies and contract claims with client / consultants and subcontractors
- Review Contract Document, Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance
- Communicate effectively with every member of the team
- Lead, check and review with quantity taking off, comparison prepared by the QS to ensure accuracy in quantity and specification and ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
- Lead, check and review the Sub-contract and ensure issuance accurately and timely
- Support the formulation and negotiation of project contractual claims and counter claims
- Analyses all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract
- Trains, supervises and guiding the subordinates in contract and commercial negotiations and communicates contract implementation to subcontractors
- Establish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
