- Working hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers in a professional manner
- Reconcile customer accounts and process adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communications
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve billing and collection processes
- Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and other financial reports as needed
- Assist with month-end closing activities and support audits as required
- Other ad hoc as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
