Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, limitations, and fitness levels.
- Design and deliver engaging workout sessions that align with clients' objectives and preferences.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
