Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract and acquire new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to participate in Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and other client inquiries.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses to client concerns and issues.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and other key performance meetings to present findings and recommendations.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts, implementing strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Other duties assigned by the reporting Manager.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 3 years of Corporate/Niche product sales experience such as Semiconductor, Beauty care & Cosmetics, Life sciences & Healthcare and/or Chemical industry.
