- Support the Sales Manager in overseeing sales activities for a manufacturing company specializing in structural metal products not elsewhere classified, including metal sections and corrugated sheets, with a focus on both domestic and overseas markets, particularly China and other Asian countries.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand market share in target regions, collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Assist in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and leads in domestic and international markets through market research, prospecting, and networking efforts.
- Support the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Liaise with clients, distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships, serving as a key point of contact for customer support and service.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights, and travel overseas as required to attend meetings, trade shows, and customer visits, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company's sales operations in global markets.
