Passion and initivate toself learn HR skill and apply to existing operations
Proven records to shape company culture, improve staff morale, performance and productivity.
Strong human mindset discernement skill, and observant on staff behaviour
Min 5yrs experience in Snr HR role.
Prefer HR experience in construction segment, familiar with MOM regulation.
Diploma or degree in HR or biz admin
Strong in MS tools, and business writing skill.
