HR & Admin Executive (HR Generalist/West area)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, talent acquisition, on/off boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc.
  • Assist the management in managing the administrative and operational aspects of the workplace
  • Create employment contracts, letters acknowledging resignation, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other letters related to HR
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including interviewing, reference checks, employee onboarding, new hire orientation, and more.
  • Identify and communicate the manpower hiring challenges and present viable suggestions on recruitment plans and initiatives to meet the hiring objectives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to collect feedback for improved employee retention and handle the employee's exit clearance process.
  • Ensure that work pass applications/renewals/cancellations are monitored and administered.
  • Manage the processing of insurance claims.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits review, salary survey and benchmarking and employee engagement survey analysis.
  • Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation and ad-hoc processing of commission payment and referral fees.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize activities that include meetings, events, and other events.
  • Acquire office stationery, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, etc. and distribute them to employees.
  • Supervise the maintenance and cleaning of office properties and equipment, such as copiers, air conditioners, water dispensers, and so on.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR related.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore HR practices and Employment Act.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
