Job Description
- Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
Process administrative processes in the Facilities Management System to ensure they are completed promptly.
Sustainability Planning & Implementation:
Pro-active contributions as pillar lead in the Sustainability Committee to spearhead strategic initiatives to drive innovations and develop a sustainable campus.
Champion initiatives that enhance environmental sustainability, including energy efficiency, waste reduction and green building practices in alignment with the Singapore Green Plan.
- Qualification:
Relevant Bachelor degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management or related experience
Knowledge / Skills
Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
Attended/ Certified Project Manager
Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
Attended for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
Competent in MS Office applications
