Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
  • Position Title: Warehouse Admin / Warehouse Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Jurong West
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9 am – 6 pm) / Sat (9 am – 1 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500 + OT + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
  • Manage documentation, including e-docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare shipping documents and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Keep track of warehouse inventory.
  • Collaborate with warehouse storekeepers to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee material handling activities within the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper labelling and counterchecking of orders and shipments.
  • Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Facilitate import-export booking and creations.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping requirements for both import and export activities.
  • Perform thorough checks on shipping documents provided by shippers.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse.
  • Conduct stringent checks on physical cargo to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Report and address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Perform any other general duties assigned by customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Minimum qualification of ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
