Job Description
- Assist in Associate training & on-boarding of Transcribing and QC
- Assist Project Manager and Operation Manager to oversee the project from start to finish
- Participate in project planning and coordinate project activities, resources and equipment
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure), plans and reports.
- Ensure project team members comply to the operational policies, SOP and regulations.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate and properly filed.
- Track and consolidate project progress (including justifications for potential delays) from all work steams
- Track project milestones and deliverables. Ensure action items are acted upon in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise. Report and escalated to management as needed.
Trainer
- Conduct training to new transcribers or new candidates.
- Coach the trainees to ensure they have achieved competency to do their work with 95% accuracy and speed.
- Close monitoring and review the work of new trainees especially during the first 3 to 5 trips.
- Review and update Training Documents.
Transcript Verifier
- Key content verifier for completed script in English and/or Malay/Tamil languages.
- When required by instruction from Client, attend meetings or event stand in for Court Hearing to answer questions with regard to the verified transcript(s).
Admin Duties
- Support the Supervisor with the pre-transcription and post-transcription admin work, which includes completion of Delivery Orders.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
