Your Role and Responsibilities :
As an experienced SAP Organization Change Management Consultant at IBM Consulting, you will be involved in large transformational programs, where you will:
• Lead workshops to advise the clients on change management strategy for SAP S4HANA and other technology driven transformational programs
• Advise clients on change management strategy, communication plans, help in execution
• Development of Skills Mapping and Training strategy and work on evaluation of effectiveness of training delivery
• Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks within the team;
• Assist in Training of key-users and or business users;
• Stakeholder analysis and working with Senior leadership and others in client organization
• Involve in solution technical presentations
• Assist in developing the practice and related skills and assets
Role Requirement :
• At least 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation and organizational change management, preferably in top tier consulting companies.
• Strong background in project management, particularly in leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
• Proven team management skills along with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Superior problem-solving skills with a client success focus
• Ability to supervise a competent team of experts involved in change management tasks, offering direction, assistance, and mentoring when necessary
• Providing advisory on change management approach, and developing comprehensive change management strategy for complex changes which is tailored to clients' unique organizational cultures and environments
• Collaborate with top executives to understand their requirements and create tailored change management programs that address their concerns
• Leading the development of change management plan, identifying and managing change-related risks and issues
• Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions that enhance change initiatives' efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing stakeholder engagement and alignment activities
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, and transition change initiatives successfully
• Manage and monitor progress against defined milestones and critical success factors, adjusting plans accordingly
• Advanced OCM skills, including change planning, change readiness assessment, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and engagement, communications and training
• Facilitate impact assessments, gap analyses, and readiness evaluations to determine the scope of change and required actions
• Familiarity with established solutioning tools, processes, and methodologies of Change Management (e.g. Prosci)
• Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing best practices, insights, and industry trends in change management
• Previous delivery experience and exposure in global and regional roll-out
