Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service.
- Deliver excellent customer service that meets company standards.
- Conduct thorough oversight of all cash desk operations.
- Engage in resource optimization activities to reduce costs, such as workforce and supplier management.
- Establish and maintain valuable external business partnerships as necessary.
- Understand and implement the store's standards for stock replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to merchandising and display guidelines.
- Manage and oversee the control of stock, including transit and stockroom inventory.
- Maintain the store's visual standards, including upkeep and window displays.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Experience in supervising of staff.
- Candidate should be independent with a pleasant personality.
- Team player with strong customer and quality focused.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (shift work)
- Have experience in working for luxury boutique is a plus
