COMO Metropolitan Singapore marks a debut homecoming for our Singapore-founded company. It's the first time COMO Group’s signature brands – COMO Hotels and Resorts, a multi-label fashion retail space curated by Club 21, a new urban wellness space by COMO Shambhala, contemporary international dining by COMO Cuisine, as well as Michelin-starred gourmet concept by COTE Korean Steakhouse and internationally-renown patisserie Cédric Grolet — will be housed under one prestigious address: COMO Orchard.
Responsible for providing personalized and efficient guest service, including check-in/out assistance, guest inquiries, handling complaints, and promoting hotel facilities, while adhering to Leading Quality Assurance and COMO Hotels and Resort guidelines
Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests professionally and provide personalized service.
· Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
· Familiarize yourself with room types, rates, and hotel facilities.
· Attend daily briefings and department meetings.
· Process guest check-ins and check-outs using the Property Management System.
· Assist with switchboard operations.
· Provide information on excursions and activities.
· Attend to guests' needs at the Front Desk, including special requests.
· Inspect guest rooms prior to arrival and ensure amenities are in place.
· Maintain stock of front desk supplies and guest amenities.
· Upsell hotel products and services.
· Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
· Report incidents, complaints, and suggestions in the daily logbook.
· Communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
· Ensure departing guests receive accurate departure information.
· Assist guests with luggage and provide information about the hotel and local area.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell stand areas.
· Deliver messages and valet services to guest rooms.
· Promote hotel facilities to guests.
· Maintain impeccable grooming standards.
· Assist Front Office with additional tasks as needed.
· Exceed guests' expectations in all responsibilities.
