- Responsibilities
n Liaise with internal department and subcontractor in weekly/monthly progress report preparation
n Plan out performance progression on upcoming project
n Prepare weekly development progress
n Prepare master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage
n Assist in tender preparations including technical planning, submission of write-ups proposal and tender presentation to clients
n Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
n Identify and report variations in contract requirements
n Liaise and attend meetings with clients/ consultants / subcons and suppliers for design, drawings, methodologies, catalogues and material matters.
- Requirements
n At least 3 Years of relevant experience in construction and building industry
n Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution
n Proficient in P6 Primavera program
