PROJECT MANAGER (EVENTS MANAGEMENT)

Location: Central (Tiong Bahru)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri - 10am to 6.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in team leadership and client liaison and servicing
- Project management for all stage of a project
- Crafting of unique proposals alongside Creative Director and Head of Design
- Tabulating client quotations
- Multiple project operations, planning and administration
- Sourcing for venues, vendors, entertainment and event related requirements
- Internal liaisons and communication with events, production and design divisions
- External vendor management and supervision
- Timeline management & involve in efficient activation and execution of events and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably possess minimum 3 years of experience in events production and management
- At least a Diploma in events or marketing related qualification
- Relevant experience with planning and management of luxury, lifestyle or corporate events and exhibitions
- Possess strong client management and account servicing experience
- Highly motivated and efficient
- Resourceful in getting unique venues and vendors
- Creative and with a good sense of aesthetics
- Able to value-add with marketing experience
- Good organisational techniques with meticulous attention to details
- Lifestyle, fashion and consumer trends savvy
- Good writing and communication skills, with an outgoing personality
