Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the stock and schedule delivery despatch of Company products.
- Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.
- Provide essential details to potential clients, such as product pricing and product list.
- Maintain front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times.
- Ensure client records are up to date.
- Alert the management of potential security issues.
Requirements:
- Admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
- Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
- Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
