Job Description:
1. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and reposting of Machinery - meat filler, Grinder, Mixer, Slicer, etc..
2. Schedule job prioritization and manage technician to meet preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime during active production routines.
3. Apply corrective actions during critical and emergency situations
4. Maintain SOP including updating work instructions.
5. Maintain records of machinery and spare part inventory.
6. Contribute to continuous improvements
Requirement:
1. At Least 3-5 years working experience in maintenance field works of food Manufacturing will be advantage
2. Good Computer Skill
3. Must able to converse in both English & Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage
4. Hands on licensed electrical worker will be an advantage
5. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering
