Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Ensuring smooth functioning of daily business operations by managing tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, organising meetings, and coordinating schedules inclusive of liaison with banks for facilities, data entry, report generation and general office management.
- Provide Business Support to Project Teams.
- Collaborate with Project Teams to monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support operations as needed.
- Build a personalized relationship with all business associates.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget and track expenditures of projects.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for Clients and/or Banks.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in work environment.
- Experience in handling different bank facilities and financial tools is a plus.
