- Answer residence & visitors queries and be able to handle feedback professionally
- Answering incoming calls, email queries and providing necessary action
- Assist in the residence of booking facilities
- Receive parcels on behalf of the residence
- Accepting payment for booking & usage fees
- Carry out administrative and any additional duties as assigned.
