Job Description
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in the Indonesian market.
Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to identify untapped opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new market segments and expand our customer base in Indonesia.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Partnership Development:Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to strengthen our distribution network and enhance market penetration.
Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and drive business growth.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster loyalty and support long-term business growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to meet their needs and drive mutual success.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry with a focus on the Indonesian market.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
