We are hiring a HR Admin Assistant to join our growing company to support the HR Recruitment Department in doing Recruitment work scope. This person will report to the Recruitment Manager.
This person must be good in his/her organisational skills, have good time management, quick to respond, approachable, resourceful, and able to multi-task and manage workload efficiently. He or she must also be able to handle stress well, working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Support the Recruitment Manager in the day-to-day Recruitment function
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Prepare and post job advertisements
- Assist with resume screening and initial phone call screening
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars updated for hiring team
- Assist with background checks and reference checks
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle records and paperwork
- Assist with new hire onboarding
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment dealing with blue-collar workers, and work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass)
- Familiar with hiring practices and stages
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
Working Location: Paya Lebar Square (beside Paya Lebar MRT)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
