JOB DESCRIPTION
An established and long-standing company in the construction industry is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a finance team for day-to-day finance and accounting function, be responsible for closing and reporting activities, preparing financial statements and financial reports, forecasting, budgeting and analysis, and computing Tax.
As Finance Manager, the incumbent will also be responsible for managing several subsidiaries and perform/review consolidation activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in leading a team is a must have
- Having experience in construction or property development industry is good to have
