About Our Client

My client is a leading international insurance broker, providing a wide range of insurance solutions and risk management services to businesses of all sizes. They offer personalized insurance advice and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of its clients.

Job Description

As a policy admin, key responsibilities includes:

  • Obtain Annual Statements, CSV Letters, and In-force Illustrations.
  • Prepare Annual Review Packs as requested by Consultants.
  • Maintain and update the list of premiums due for multi-pay policies.
  • Prepare and send premium invoices for outstanding premiums.
  • Manage all documentation related to: Policy loans, Transfer of loans, Policy changes, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience within life insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
