With a vast portfolio of warehouses and other industrial facilities, it plays a crucial role in the global supply chain.
Job Description
As a corporate secretary, the key responsibilities includes:
- Manage a broad spectrum of corporate secretarial tasks.
- Collaborate with corporate legal counsels to implement the steps-plan for corporate exercises.
- Handle the incorporation of new entities in Singapore and participate in drafting resolutions for these entities.
- Manage Annual Returns filing, closely coordinating with and taking direction from the accounting and tax team for all Singapore entities.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures with banks.
- Maintain and organize legal documents and records, both physical and digital.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in relevant field
- At-least 5 years of experience within corp sec
