About the Role:
Become an integral part of our high-performing Leveraged Finance team, working on a diverse range of sophisticated financing transactions. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while working alongside leading practitioners in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Execution: Take ownership of a variety of leveraged finance matters, including acquisition finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending.
- Drafting & Negotiation: Hone your legal drafting and negotiation skills across a wide range of financial documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary agreements.
- Leadership & Mentorship: (For more experienced candidates) Take on responsibility for managing client relationships, leading deal negotiations, and supervising junior associates.
- Practice Development: Stay abreast of legal developments, participate in business development initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network.
About You:
- Qualified: You are a UK-qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experienced: Ideally, you have gained leveraged finance experience at a leading international or large regional law firm.
- Skilled: You possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Academically Accomplished: You have a strong academic background from a reputable institution.
