- (Monday to Friday) 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise daily operations for efficiency and timeliness.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Ensure machinery maintenance to prevent delays.
- Train and motivate staff.
- Analyze production data for efficiency improvements.
- Monitor inventory and initiate material orders.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on employee performance.
