Our Client:
Our client is headquartered in Japan and they manufacture Electrical equipment for Ships & Vessels. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for the defined sales territory of the respective partner accounts
- Identify and grow business in existing market, while identifying new growing market with partners
- Execute promotionally effective marketing and sales programs for customers
- Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and documentation
- Build strong relations and rapport with customers including their senior/ top management
- Increase sales revenue by contacting the strategic accounts with the consultative approach and building the relationship
- Identify the potential accounts
- Work closely with internal resources to prepare the business proposal
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience with e-commerce and electronics retailer
- Knowledge in Marine Products is preferred
- Demonstrates leadership ability through direct or cross functional teams
- Alignment of strategy with results
- Prior CRM experience and maintaining an accurate forecast
- Coordinate with team on account strategy and the business department strategic plan
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with relevant Japanese stakeholders and customers
