Requirements
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial services and administrative support to executives and managers in the department.
- Support project teams in shipment arrangement, packing list etc.
- Submit PO through ERP system.
- Coordinates departmental meetings and keeps track of client visiting.
- Prepares presentation materials for executives or managers.
- Updates records and maintains proper filing systems.
