Requirements

  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Responsibilities

  1. To provide secretarial services and administrative support to executives and managers in the department.
  2. Support project teams in shipment arrangement, packing list etc.
  3. Submit PO through ERP system.
  4. Coordinates departmental meetings and keeps track of client visiting.
  5. Prepares presentation materials for executives or managers.
  6. Updates records and maintains proper filing systems.
