- Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement brand and product marketing strategies spanning the entire customer journey, with a primary focus on driving revenue and engagement.
- Take charge of the social content strategy and execution across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, aiming to boost awareness, conversion, and engagement.
- Develop and oversee brand community initiatives, including the management of the eStore’s ambassador program.
- Contribute to the creation and management of digital marketing materials, working alongside the eCommerce team and agencies to ensure seamless campaign launches and effective conversion through sponsored ads, with an emphasis on lead generation.
- Produce clear and compelling copy for diverse mediums such as social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Assist the marketing team in executing trade marketing activities and event planning.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships, involving local content creators through seeding and activation strategies to enhance reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Drive strategic brand partnerships, promotions, and sampling activities to bolster brand relevance and deepen customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and vendors, to facilitate the smooth execution of marketing and promotional plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative on social media platforms.
