We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team at Kapitan, located in the vibrant Tanjong Pagar district. Kapitan is a renowned establishment specializing in authentic Eastern European cuisine, particularly Slavic dishes, providing a unique cultural dining experience in Singapore. This position requires a passionate leader with a strong background in restaurant management.
Responsibilites
- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional food quality and outstanding customer service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive, collaborative environment that aligns with our high standards and cultural ethos.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase efficiency, and boost profitability.
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain menu offerings, while also exploring opportunities for innovative menu planning and special events.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial data and develop budgets to manage costs and optimize resources.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant management software and point of sale systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
