Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Dr Chunlei on "CRISPR biology and technology" under a project on developing CRISPR-based technologies for disease diagnosis and treatment.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
1. Conducting research independently
2. Mentoring graduate/undergraduate students
Qualifications
PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, cell biology, or related fields.
Skills
Familiar with Microbiology, Molecular, and Biochemistry skills
Experience
Experience with CRISPR or other bacterial defense systems is highly preferred;
Experience with mammalian cell culture is preferred;
Strong publication record
