Role: VP, Commercial Banking
Location: Singapore
We are looking for someone who can provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization's sales function. As the organization’s senior sales leader, this role is accountable for overall sales organization performance with respect to banking as an industry segment and expanding market share for the same in the select countries.
In addition, the candidate should be responsible for carrying an individual sales quota with focus on banks across select geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aimed at acquiring new banking customers
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and areas of growth for banking as an industry segment
- Collaborate with marketing, presales and product teams to provide strategic direction with regards to growing wallet share for banking customers
- Drive a culture of success by meeting targets and improving the sales process
- Collaborate with CFO to come up with appropriate pricing strategies for different markets
Requirements:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in selling critical softwares to Banks globally
- Must-have: need to be a banker before followed by a successful career in selling to banks across Asia, the Middle East and Africa
- Excellent in pricing and packaging with proven track record in scaling businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors
- Preferred MBA in Strategy, Finance
