We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager, Members Engagement & Events. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Members Engagement and Events to manage member relationship, organise membership-related activities as well as SACEOS' flagship events and trade missions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Member Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain members. Identify opportunities to add value to member organisations through targeted initiatives and resources to drive satisfaction and member retention.
· Member Connect Activities: Organise regular Member Connect activities, including networking sessions and workshops, to facilitate knowledge sharing and interaction among members.
· Membership Administration: Administer membership fee collection and membership database management.
· Singapore MICE Sustainability Certification (MSC): Follow up with member enquiries and drive the adoption of the Singapore MSC.
· Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute SACEOS' flagship events, such as the Singapore MICE Forum and Asia CEO Summit.
· Trade Missions: Manage inbound and outbound trade missions, coordinating logistics, delegations, and business matching activities.
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields.
· Prior experience in members engagement, events or familiarity with the MICE industry are advantageous.
· Takes initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
· Strong operation and execution skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with members and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
