Job Description:
- Provide general administration and maintenance including supplies replenishment, i.e. stock orders for stores' and office supplies
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Support and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Answering phone calls and replying to emails from customers
- Handling receptionist duties
- Provide administrative support for office
- Manage calendar and appointment schedule
- Manage uniforms inventory
- Handling food orders for weekly tea break session
- Handling lunch orders for staff orientation training
- Other adhoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Meticulous and careful
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and also in a team
- Able to understand and converse in both English and Chinese, to liaise with English/Chinese speaking counterparts
