Responsibility and Duties
- Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Main coordinator between Warehouse & Sales Coordinator from the print & issue of DO to Warehouse for Picking & Packing.
- Consolidate & check that all signed DOs for the previous Day Deliveries and submit to Finance.
- Support in month-end stock take and stock replenishment.
- Receive daily orders from sales coordinators and sorted according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper arrangement and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and updates.
- Report and manage discrepancies in inventory
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Higher NITEC, Diploma in Warehousing
- Min 1 year warehouse experiences.
- Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous.
