Job Details:
- Contract : 6 months (prefer to start from end May 2024)
- Working Location: Depot Road
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)
Responsibilities
- Digitisation of HR documents and records (e.g. sort files, scan hardcopy documents, efile them, verify accuracy of records, shred documents)
- Updating and maintaining of databases
- Support other administrative duties for HR activities and programmes (e.g.,liaise with candidates to arrange interviews, follow up on queries/documentation, facilitate first-day reporting for new hires, support promotional and publicity activities)
Requirements
- Diploma or A-Level
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in IT systems and databases
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
