Operation Executive (Air & Sea Freight)

1. Regular 5 days work
2. 9.00 - 6.00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Arranging import/export shipments for customers
• Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to various destinations
• Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
• Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
• To generate reports as and when required.
• Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge
• Training and support provided
• Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit
• Able to handle multi-tasking, and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience
