Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of budgets
- Filing of variations/ monitoring of project variations
- Advise site team on contractual issues
- Valuing completed works and Filing of progress claims
- Monitoring of procurement process
- Attendance of site/technical meetings
- Drafting of subcontracts
- Preparation of cost assessment for Variation Orders
- EOT claims preparation
- Evaluation of price comparison summary
- Conducting site measurements
- Application of Permit-to-work to various buildings
- Review and understand all plans and specifications
- Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required
- Built-up rates for costing purpose
Job Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying.
- Min 5 years’ experience, preferably from Main Contractor
- Experience in M&E will be considered more
- Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Candidate with good experience in contractual administration will be considered for Senior role
