- comfortable to converse and handle Clients + Giggers, who may only be able to deal in Mandarin.
- on point with grasping Clients’ needs and objectives.
- friendly and helpful, being the point of contact for Giggers; building a strong relationship with them.
- a timely problem solver and always thinking strategically while playing by the rules set.
- seasoned in admin work, detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- willing to learn the ropes (with a positive attitude) that will help you be successful in this role.
- able to communicate effectively (written and spoken) and negotiate very well.
- equipped with the ability to connect with people internally and externally.
If you think you can do what you’ve read above… Now, here’s the job:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Clients + Giggers, ensuring both parties’ satisfaction.
- Constantly be in touch with Giggers, building pools of reliable and trustworthy people.
- Conduct physical meetings at Clients’ workplaces.
- Offer advice to Clients based on market trends and best practices.
- Be there for Giggers at workplaces physically, during first deployments.
- Help out with complex administrative matters that will lead to Clients’ success.
