We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Input sales collection to the SAP System and issue invoice for projects
- Track publishing projects and funding accounts
- Prepare Statement of Accounts and follow-up with debtors
- Prepare reports including monthly bank reconciliation, monthly management report, quarterly GST summary, consignment report, royalty report and inventory reconciliation
- Prepare audit schedule and assist in external audit
As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings as part of team bonding and support, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharing. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in religious activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts
- Ability to work independently and also a good team player who can work well and support the team when needed
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and meet deadlines
- Experience in retail environment, SAP and Unipro system will be an advantage
