Job Description
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Reconciling bank statements
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Maintaining digital operation and physical records
- Carry out credit collection functions
- Supporting sales and purchase operations in financial related matter
- Preparing month-end closing entries / schedules
- Perform other finance & adminsitrative responsibility as necessary
Job Requirement and Skills
- Min. 5 years of work experience as accounting assistant and book-keeper.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communication with colleagues across different countries.
- Dynamic, adaptable and independent worker with high level of integrity
- Strong problem solving skills
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
