Nurse Manager will lead a team of nurses in providing quality care to patients at the inpatient suite.
Your role involves :
- Participate in the development and implementation of a person-centred care delivery model.
- Implement strategies for care integration and promote best practices in primary care nursing.
- Identify training and development needs of nursing staff according to their potentials.
- Lead and support the development of service needs in alignment with the organization’s strategic directions.
- Lead teams to achieve established objectives efficiently with management team and provide leadership.
- Manage nursing manpower (e.g. perform recruitment, development & appraisal and promote staff wellbeing) together with nursing management team.
